Arlen Transit & Freight was established after Treon Brevor—formerly a Starfleet medical officer and humanitarian pilot—settled her freighter, the SS Starburst, at Starbase 369. Drawn by the opportunities of a still-developing frontier hub, Deirdre joined her sister to form a legitimate civilian operation that could support both commercial clients and frontier colonies in need of regular supply lines. Though officially a small commercial carrier, the company’s origins lie in the sisters’ long histories of relief work along the Romulan border. These roots continue to shape the company’s ethos and the types of contracts it accepts.

Fleet

Arlen Transit & Freight currently operates two vessels:

• Starburst – Commanded by Treon Brevor. A mid-class civilian freighter known for its durability despite its age.
• Wayfarer’s Promise – Commanded by Vaelen Arlen. A long-range civilian transport vessel frequently used for extended missions and deep-border supply runs.

Additional small craft, workpods, and shuttle tenders are occasionally contracted as needed.
